        Lately they have been the worst transport company, they pick you up late or there are occasions that do not even pick you up, some vehicles smell bad or smoke, how is that possible? There are many patients who have special needs, but they do not care! they need empathy or if not better not provide this type of service.

        Worst transportation ever. Workers unprofessional, on phone whole trips, dont strap safety belt on wheelchair patients. Always Late for pickups and return rides home. Lies about location and expected time arrivals
