Have to wait til 1pm to pick up the truck. Can't pick it up with mobile device despite choosing that option. Why would a location open at 1pm? What kind of arbitrary time is that?

these guys at quick stop seemed really nice at first. BUT, when I got my Uhaul receipt I noticed that they charged me for CDW coverage for both days -50$. I never choose to get CDW coverage on my rentals, and I confirmed with a customer service rep that this was added upon check in, when I picked up the van. And all I did when I picked up the van, was give them my drivers license, and grab the keys. Complete Scam artists these guys. Thankfully Uhaul gave me a refund immediately for the coverage, as well as for the gas that they charged me for after I filled it to the line that it was at when I picked the van up, good thing I took a picture. And if I didnt mention to them that you cant see the mileage on the car because of the change oil message, and made a point about it, (later realizing that you can see the mileage when the car is off ha) they might have tried to scam me for some extra miles as well. really shady location to get your uhaul. Avoid at all costs, or make sure to take pictures of everything and look out for any extra charges on your receipt.
