The receptionist is so rude cannot answer questions in a friendly manner

This place is disgraceful. I am handicapped and require their assistance, due to the fact I live on a fixed income. However, the treatment i've experienced was beyond disrespectful. All my experiences have been intolerable. They have a sign stating that they will not accept disrespectful behavior and violence towards the workers, but do not put their money where their mouths are. My worker, Ms Carmen Bonilla is my new caseworker. On our first meeting she was rude, impatience and lacked professionalism. I explained i had a budget of a one bedroom, but she obviously was not following my explanation. I am removing my son from my budget. So, she told me my budget would be reduced to a one bedroom. So, that point was null and void. I am fearful of our future interactions, because although i've always have been patient, respectful and professional we still get lumped together in how they see us. I am not an uneducated ghetto fabulous person. I know how to conduct myself. The State of NJ needs to clean house and find people who appreciate their job and know how to treat people with dignity.
