Extremely rude and unhelpful! They would close the store early so even if you get there before closing time, they would not let you in even though there are still other customers in the store

The staff was not very helpful. I had a preprinted label with tracking number and the scanner couldn’t scan it so the staff ask me to reprint it when I’m already the store. He could have just type it the tracking number and reprinted the label on his machine. He says I can print at the store for a charge.

If you want good service in JC go to Fedex. Really horrible people at UPS.
