Potbelly Sandwich Shop

First time I went there they wouldnt serve me because they were only taking phone orders and not serving people in person. Second time showed up and they had the door locked 20 minutes before closing time. Probably one of the most poorly run stores in the area.

Had their veggie skinny sandwich which was delicious and fresh. I would go back again to try their other sandwiches.

The owner really needs to walk in there unannounced one day and see how the employees act. I walked in to pick up my lunch and I couldnt believe a girl was sitting at a table burning INCENSE!!!!!! music blasting. Got a soup that was a quarter of the way filled up but paid full price for it. The sandwich was awful. The girl behind the counter THREW the bag at me with hot soup in it. Ive gone there multiple times to grab lunch and they told me they arent taking orders and put up signs on the door saying they are closed at 1pm and the staff sits outside. Its really ridiculous and I wont be going back there. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary food environment.
