        DO NOT RENT. You can never even get in contact with the office, when you do they never know anything. Apartments disgusting and expensive. No maintance, no answers, NOTHING.

        It has been the worst nightmare as a tenet of the 105 B North St. building in Bayonne. Management is extremely non responsive and not interested in the safety of their tenets. We have tenants opening partaking in drugs with no consequences. Management has not enforced their non smoking policy nor their 10 pm noise ordinance as per their contract. Nothing but lip service. Some tenets need to be evicted for lack of monthly rent payment but remain living with all the amenities and privileges as the RESPONSIBLE paying tenets. It is astonishing that the accountable tenets are treated with no respect!
