These lawyers lied about what they would do in my particular case. They switched lawyers on me days before the case started. The lawyer who took my case to court literally told me I shouldn't win. It was almost like he was trying to lose. After I won my case with the judge I was informed by registered mail 3 days after the judgement. The case needed to be reviewed by the commissioner of education. I called to see if it had been reviewed and was told the commissioner needed more time.. The commissioner overturned the judge but I was not informed by my lawyer until 3 weeks later. When I called about an appeal; which I was told we would proceed with all the way to the Supreme Court all of a sudden they didn't feel this was a good case. I was forced to take up the appeal pro se and ended up filing late because I had less than a week to file because I was not informed of the decision when it came down. A question the integrity and ethics of this law firm. The strongly suggest you go elsewhere !

Be careful about this firm. This is my second time, i am writing the review in two weeks. They delete the bad reviews, which is the reason, you don't see much reviews for this firm. Few weeks back, there were few other negative feed back of this firm - for land lord tenant cases, they all are deleted.
I have hired this firm recently for my Land lord Tenant case and the Attorney assigned did a very bad job. Even though i had hired him, he did everything that my opponent wanted him to do, rather more then that. i thought, hiring a professional will help , getting in front of the judge, but the attorney wanted to resolve in mediation. He was afraid of getting infront of the judge and has no expereience with land lord tenant case. His incompitency costed me a bad tenant and one month rent loss, besides other charges. When i think of that day, i still can't believe - he made me lose the only opportunity i had to evict the tenant.
I spent nearly a month getting all the documents together, but this Attorney did not use any of that, i don't think he even read any of the documents. I feel he was sent over, just to show up at the court. Please be aware.

Mr. Feintuch was not prepared at all for the case. In court, he was telling the judge information and the judge said: "that's not how it works in the state of new jersey." Mr. Feintuch was unaware of NJ regulations. I hired him because he sounded experienced but I wish I would have read previous reviews about him. He has disciplinary action by the state of New Jersey.

Philip was clueless in court. He told the judge, "I am puzzled right now, I don't know what to do." A landlord-tenant case that should have been an easy win for me was a loss because Philip Feintuch had no idea what he was doing.
