        This is the worst law office I have ever had an encounter with. They do not fight at their fullest potential for you. They are a joke. Will go to court for you to only tell you what is going to happen from the judges point of view instead of fighting the case for you. No drive, no passion. Not for the client from what I see at all. Very slow in getting results. Horrible at keeping in communication with you regarding your case. You have to pretty much stalk them to get answers from your own case.

        If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother was working with Carmen Mendiola because she was bilingual, but it was the worst experience ever. She was very unresponsive, rude and nasty not only to us her clients but to the real estate agent claiming shes the lawyer and shes above everyone else because she is a lawyer. Which is untrue, if you cant work well with others why even be in this business. I literally had to call her to tell her to please cooperate with our real estate lawyer. Ive dealt with other real estate lawyers who were great and never as unprofessional as Carmen. So if youre looking for a good real estate lawyer I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
