        I called on 5/19 and placed an order to be delivered on Tuesday 5/23. I looked at their website prior to calling and requested a particular floral arrangement. Before placing the order I asked and the employee checked and said they had that in stock. I requested the "Blue Horizons" I also asked if they can send me a picture of the finished product to which they said they could not do that. I asked a family member to take a picture so I could see how it looked as I was unable to to make it. The arrangement that I ordered compared to the one they made and delivered was 100% totally different. They were definitely deceptive with the finished product. I would never recommend or purchase from them again!!!

      We apologize but it is against our policy to take pictures of floral arrangements that we send out. The family member called us directly and complimented the beautiful arrangements that were sent. We are sorry that you were not happy with the flowers that they received. As a courtesy to you in good faith we will charge you half price for this order.
