When you move to a new area, it can take a while to find good replacements for for shops you're used to. I've been going here since I moved, maybe 2 years ago, and from the first time I went, I was treated well, and everything was fantastic. If you want a cleaner that treats you like a number, there are tons of places. If you want great service, great quality, and someone who always remember your name and always has time to chat, go see Maria. I've had regular cleaning and alterations dinner and it's always perfect and they're always very accommodating.

They are very friendly but unfortunately quite incompetent. They ruined several of my shirts, and one tailoring piece was left unfinished when I picked it up, I had to return to have the job done properly. On a separate occasion, the gentleman owner (its a older couple) insisted on dry cleaning for an item of mine; I said that I did not want dry cleaning but the man insisted.....turns out the dry cleaning completely ruined the $150 shirt and it had to be thrown away. When confronted about this, the woman owner refused to take any responsibility for her husbands expertise and she would provide no replacement cost or even store credit. Her attitude was awful and I think they are charlatans. Stay away. There are many other businesses offering better service nearby.
