AT&T Store

Found this place closed during operating hours.

I had never been treated so poorly in a store. In fact, they didn't let us fully into the store. I think like this: if you don't want to sell, then close the store and let other people work.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff has no knowledge about how to do trade in they took my 12 prod max and no one know where it is and they are not even taking responsibility I really feel bad that I chose AT&T visited store multiple times and talked with customer care multiple time worst service.

Just went in to pay my bill, but yes it was pleasant. And the young ladie there was helpful and nice.

5 stars for Ariella who did her best but was left alone at the store with no help. Manager Jay who was on the phone insisted that my credit card and debit card were not good since their system wasn't allowing me to pay for an order. So basically left the the store with no purchase and was supposed to be canceled. Thank God I called customer service cause the order was not canceled and still pending. I received better service on the phone than in store. I will never step foot inside this store again. I'll go back to Lyndhurst where they know what they are doing
