I have known the Soden family for many years. Recently my elderly father had an issue with his homeowners insurance and was at risk of it being cancelled due to the company cancelling the broker. He was very stressed that he was going to be without insurance or have to go through the process of getting all new insurance. The big company was no help, they did not recommend a new broker. I got in touch Carla Soden at the agency and asked if she could write for this particular company and make this a seamless change for him. She met with my father reviewed his policy and was able to get his policy reinstated with no further issue. She went above and beyond making sure he was not at risk of being without insurance and avoiding the inconvenience of starting from scratch.
