I cannot give enough praise for Tom and Chris. The expertise in their workmanship, the attention to detail, the communication, the cleanliness , were all outstanding. Even our puppy loved working alongside them!

After finding unexpected serious damage during a remodel project, they literally came to my rescue. Constant communication, knowledgeable staff and contractors, AND as the damage found was serious, they fit me into their schedule and were very understanding of my fear that my house was going to fall down! They did an outstanding job, and cleaned everything up after the repairs were made. I recommend them to anyone who needs their expert service. 3/31/2023 We highly recommend Empire Restoration Services, LLC. We would have given them 10 stars if we could have. We had a broken toilet that leaked from the second floor down to the first floor. Unfortunately, we were away for two weeks, and the leak created a great deal of water damage. Empire Restoration Services was recommended to us as a company that would repair the damage to our home and make us whole. - The bathroom needed to be painted and have a new tile floor and new toilet installed. - The kitchen cabinets needed to be repaired, electrical work done, and part of the floor needed to be torn up and replaced. - All the floors on the first level needed to be sanded and stained. Lyndsey, the Project Manager, for Empire Restoration Services was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. She updated us on all aspects of the project. Lyndsey also interfaced with our insurance company, scheduled the vendors/contractors, and provided us with the necessary billing information. Empire Restoration Services did everything they said they would do. Their professionalism and workmanship were well beyond our expectations. Last, but not least, is the Packing Crew. They were very helpful in packing up our furniture and unpacking our furniture after the job was completed. We could not be more pleased with the work they did and how pleasant and careful they were with our furniture and household items. We were very happy with the deep cleaning of our house at the end of the process. With the help of Tom E, Tom G, Devin and Pico we got our home back in order. Our house is in better condition than it was before the water damage. Thank you, Lyndsey, for your attention to detail and for helping us through this difficult process.
