        I came by the Jackson store this weekend with a couple of online returns, and Lori (Store Manager) provided exceptional customer service. She helped facilitate a complicated online transaction and even though it probably negatively affected her store results, she helped me with it anyway. I am so appreciative of the support, which was much better than any online support I received from Customer Service. I also walked out with 3 more pairs of shoes than I expected to :) Thank you, Lori!

        Nice brand, but man doesnt this store have the worst management? They just want a customer come in get shoes pay for it, without disturbing the arrangement? Like others, I dont know what we did to deserve the rudeness, pushiness, constant watching and incessant inquirespassive aggressive help all the way through.
