I would give this less than one star if I could. Do NOT order from here. They charged my card the morning of my delivery, Easter, never delivered, never emailed, never called, haven't answered my FB messages even though EMMA commented on FB that I should send a private message to rectify the situation. Haven't heard back at all except for EMMAS automated response.  I showed up to Easter with nothing and I'm out almost $200!! And don't give me crap that this is Covid!!! They took my money with no problem!

Got a wonderful arrangement from this store for the mother as a mother's day present. It stores wonderfully in the pantry, but our St. Barnard keeps trying to get at it. Just goes to show ya how good this place is!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Following my phone conversation below, the "resolution" via Facebook messages was just as bad (see photos).I was warned that orders are always messed up, but I decided to give this a shot any way for my mom's 60th Birthday.I ordered last week for delivery today. I tried calling the store last week several times and today several times. Eventually, I called the main customer service number, and they told me the store was closed.Nobody reached out to me all week to let me know that particular store was closed. In fact, I received a confirmation email acknowledging my delivery for today.When I spoke to customer service, he refunded me. I was told that I could then order from a different store that was open to have it delivered today but I would have to pay same-day delivery.I was shocked, so I asked him to waive the same-day delivery since this was not my fault. After being on hold for 3 different times and a total of about 45 minutes, I was told he couldn't reach a manager so they can not waive the same-day delivery fee.Please, I should have listened to my friends. But now I know.DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!They ruin special occasions. They will ruin yours.
