I came in with some service questions and met with BJ.
He was incredibly helpful and patient.
I then inquired about phones with better cameras and left purchasing a new phone and upgrading My service plan.
Over all a Great experience which speaks volumes not only for BJ but management as well.

Kyle B. was extremely professional and knowledgeable spending almost two hours helping me download and transfer data to my new iPhone. A pleasure dealing with this courteous employee - highly recommend him!

BJ was an amazing human to work with. They spent almost 3 hours with me and my boyfriends family assisting us in adding me to their plan. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and well trained. I wouldn't be surprised if they were promoted to a regional manager in the near future.

My review is for the TCC rep (Kyle) who helped me switch carriers, phone, and mobile plan. Kyle really understood the Verizon plans and took time to explain the details, the costs, and guided me through the entire process.Kyle was so patient answering questions and lending a hand. Again, my needs were complicated as I was porting a number, switching carriers, upgrading a family mobile plan, as well as purchasing a new phone. No fault of either of us, this took literally about 5 hours in total.... and Kyle was available and cheerful the entire time. Many thanks to a technical representative that is great at their job!

They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Ashley Donaldson is very patience, pleasant, and she definitely knows her stuff, she is fabulous. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great personal service.
