I took my 14 yr old cat Seymour., last Thursday night, because he was having trouble breathing and had blood coming from his mouth. He had a growth in his spleen for the past 2 years, so I knew his time was coming. My daughter called first and they told us to come right in. The young man at the desk greeted us and took us right into a room. They took our cat right away to address his breathing issues. While we waited he came in and explained they had to put the cat in an oxygen tent, to get him stabilized so the doctor could evaluate him. We were kept updated the whole time. When the doctor came in to explain things he couldn't have been more compassionate. He explained everything in detail and we knew it was time to let our boy go. They took us to the back where he was in the oxygen tent. He was laying on a heated blanket and had another heated blanket over him. His breathing was better and he was warm and relaxed. My daughter and I stayed while they euthanized him. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marcus Marella. He made a hard time more bearable with his caring, compassionate demeanor. The staff were all caring and compassionate too and all offered their condolences. Yes, it is indeed expensive as mentioned in other reviews, but my cat left this world warm, comfortable and cared for. Thank you Dr. Marella and staff!

I cant express how grateful I am to have walked into this veterinarian. Jennifer, the lady upfront- was so warm and made the process so much easier- the staff was so kind and so caring to my cat who had came in for what I thought was a UTI, but ended up being a blockage (nightmare). Doctor Cody Kent is an immaculate doctor- just absolutely amazing thank you so much for everything. He had so much patience with our 1728202 questions and concerns and never once gave us a negative impression. Please dont hesistate to bring your pets here !!!

I was advised by an online VCA technician to bring my sick dog to GSVS. One would assume that the owners of their beloved pets are not Veterinarians so if your pet is sick , you take them to the Vet hospital. I would have NEVER brought my dog here if I knew their focus was Pay Us First attitude. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and we were told the next 24-48 hours would be critical. However, it was only critical if we paid before they even tried to help my sick dog. I took my dog to his Vet Dr. a week before bringing him here. Which exhausted my savings and it was just the Christmas holiday so my funds were just about depleted. GSVS would not help my pet until a deposit was made or else we would have to take my dog home and he slowly die. My dog was euthanized over two hours of bringing him to GSVS. We asked if we could make a payment plan before he was euthanized however, they did not accept that . We must pay before they help my sweet dog was their attitude. My precious dog is gone and we are still grieving. Thank you GSVS for not caring enough about my beloved dog to see that his life mattered to us. I will never recommend the GSVS to anyone. In addition, for the price we paid to have my beloved dog euthanized and cremated, his remains was placed in a cheap box. How disgusting this was to do!!
