DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AFTER HAVING ME LIVE THERE WITH RATS AND MICE!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THE SECRETARY PRETENDS TO BE NICE BUT SHE KNOWS WHATS REALLY GOING ON

We rented a newly renovated unit from them, and since we moved in, we have been plagued with waste water coming from our ceiling, mice and roaches, electrical issues, the floor coming up and tripping my children, and spent this entire summer with no AC. It took them 6 months and a call to the city for them to fix the poop and pee water raining in our bathroom. They are horrible, unprofessional and unsafe. They used unlicensed teenagers as contractors and donâ€™t even bother with 24 hour notices. They also donâ€™t wear masks in my house with my small children during Covid.
