This place is unsanitary and the staff is very rude. My Aunt has been a resident for the past 7+ years and the service is very poor. My Aunt refuses to leave is and she calls this place her home.

I would give NO stars if I could. This facility is not sanitary, unwelcoming and unprofessional. They do NOT CARE about the patients well being. My grandmother has been there for 5 months and the only way I can see her is from a disgusting dirty window, if they even care to open it so I can speak to her. She needed assistance for more than 4 hours and they didn't come to help her, I had to keep calling for them to go see if she was ok. I recommend you do not put your loved ones in this facility if you honestly care about them at all.
