One of the friendliest guys in the business. Always there to help you work out any U-Haul issues. I have been using him (when in need of a U-Haul) for the last 20+ years. Always goes the extra distance to make sure you have a pleasant U-Haul experience.

Nothing to improve. Employees and customer service was the best from the front door, to the interaction, to the transactions all the way to the drop off. I will never go to another U-Haul location but the Toms Service Center because not only are they the best at what they do, they make you feel like family!!! They ALWAYS go over and beyond every time I rent!!!
