Guy may be the biggest scammer around. Brought my Dyson in for a repair, when i went to pick it up he said he threw it away because it was over 30 days in his facility. Meanwhile my wife is calling him to pick it up and he said he would check on it and get back to her. but never did. He offered me another used vacuum of lesser value to replace the one he threw out but wanted to get paid for it. A real piece of work, I recommend to stay away!, He's a liar and a crook, I will be suing him.

Nothing but high quality vacuums and generous employees. The owner made sure I had everything I needed before I walked out of the store to go home! I highly recommend if you are looking for great quality and great service. Prices are very reasonable compared to the other locations I looked at in this area. Great experience for me when I was in a bind!!

I bought an Ultra Lite vacuum and had my old vacuum repaired. Now I have two great vacuums for my house. Prices were very good and the service was excellent. They take time to explain all about why their machines are better, being made in USA, and they warrant them so I know I can get it fixed when and if they get clogged up due to all the cat hair we have. More small businesses should be run with the care and attention they give.
