Platinum Custom Renovations

We contracted with Platinum Custom Renovations after Gary and Frank came out to evaluate our bathroom renovation project. We had two bathrooms renovated. From the inception, we found Gary to be very professional, providing a quick and fair estimate and responding promptly to our calls and texts. Once the project began Gary and Frank and later Lori all worked diligently to creation the transformation we were hoping for. Gary made suggestions that enhanced the aesthetics of the finished project. Also notable, is that Gary passes along his contractor’s discount on any items that are purchased through his suppliers. Gary was also nice enough to take care of a few other items while he was on site. Service: Remodelling

Gary and Frank finished my basement and I could not be happier with the work they did. They are responsive to all calls and texts and do a great job. I will be using them for whatever my next house project will be...easy to work with and very friendly...great team.

We called Platinum for a quote to renovate 2 upstairs bathrooms. Gary and Frank gave us a reasonable price for the work. The bathrooms needed to be stripped down to the studs and the floors needed to be removed and reinstalled. All the bathroom devices needed to be replaced including the big tub. They did all the plumbing work, toilet /tub/shower work, the electrical work, tile/grout work and closet work. They even redesigned both bathrooms to make them larger. They let us purchase the bathroom items so we could choose exactly what we wanted and there was no markup on them. They were even willing to go to the supply stores to pick up heavier, bulkier items for us like the shower doors and the vanities. We were very pleased with their work during the job and upon completion. They did an outstanding job for us!!! They were very easy to work with and they incorporated our ideas into the renovation and they also recommended their ideas as well. They were very accommodating to install the bathroom devices the way we wanted. It was easy to see from the way they talked that they had a lot of experience and it showed up in the professional job and outstanding work they did for us. The 2 finished bathrooms look much nicer than those in the high end Hilton Hotels!!! What beautiful work they did!! They installed a beautiful 60 x 30 inch lighted mirror in the big bathroom and it's spectacular! Their helper Lori did a lot of detail work and cleanup work and she laid down drop cloths when they started each day and Frank shook them out before using them again. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up during the job and at the end of the day. Renovations however do cause a lot of dust and mess in the house no matter how careful one tries. Since my wife and I were working from home, they were very considerate in keeping the noise level to a minimum - thank you. They were truly very responsible and detailed. They answered all of our questions during the job and explained the details and they did not get annoyed when we asked. They showed up each day at about the same time and Gary oftentimes would ask us if he could stay late to finish up tasks which we agreed to. We had a few minor issues we noticed after the job was done when they left, but Frank and Gary came back to address them immediately. We have asked them to come back to renovate our laundry room, to do lighting replacements in the kitchen, to replace our garage door and do other minor bath work on our 3rd bathroom. We appreciate Platinum and highly recommend them. We not only hired a reputable contracting company (Platinum), but we met a few good people we now call our friends. Nice work Gary, Frank & Lori. Gary and Frank were great! Out of all the estimates we received they were the most responsive and understanding to our needs. We had two bathroom renovations completed. One was an upgrade to our kids bathroom and the other a full gut job on our master bathroom. I am super picky and they were always responsive to my requests, not to mention my indecisiveness...We really enjoyed working with them and appreciate their diligence and hard work. We had some issues with our distributor for materials and they continued to work with us and them to try and resolve the problems we were facing. We had a decent number of issues that came up in the process of completing the work (our house and materials were full of surprises) but Gary and Frank always had a solution. During some of the delays with materials they completed some additional work for us such as hanging new molding in our bedroom, removing old wall light fixture, preparing our bedroom walls for new paint, installing wall sconces, installing a new toilet in our powder room and repairing our laundry room ceiling. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find Platinum Custom Renovations to fix a bathroom renovation that was so botched up from another contractor. Gary and his crew literally came in and ripped out all of the brand new tile that was installed in our shower and re-did it to perfection. It looks amazing and now I have a bathroom I am proud to brag about! I can't thank them enough! They also built a small custom deck and new stairs in our yard! Once again, a beautiful job! We highly recommend them!
