Im not one to write reviews but Ramtown Medical is worth me taking the time to review. They are chronically late, not by ten minutes but by a half hour or more. To avoid this I tried scheduling a telemed and the doctor was over an hour and a half late. If they dont have the staff for all these patients, they shouldnt let you make an appointment. They dont respect your time at all. The staff is rude and seems to not like their job, and they overpack the waiting room. Dr. Polizzi is alright, but I feel like she doesnt really listen to her patients. If youre looking for a PCP Id find another place. If youre sick and you need actual help, youre better going to a walk in. Theyd probably get you in faster than Ramtown Medical would with an appointment.

Several years ago I saw both Dr Polizzi and Dr Diego half a dozen times each as I wanted them to be my new primary. Dr. Polizzi advised me to lose 5lbs (I weighed 120 lbs and was recovering from anorexia). Thank goodness I was in a healthy enough mindset to dismiss her ignorance.
And Dr. Diego told me, when I explained I was on disability for ten years at the time, that I didnt look disabled because I had put on makeup. Im sorry, disabled has a certain look?

Dr. Polizzi is a phenomenal physician, who's compassionate, a great listener and altogether makes you feel a tough you are her only patient during the examination. She did not over prescribe medications and respects the holistic approach of patient. I would recommend her to anyone.

Went after being bit by a tick years ago. They dismissed my symptoms but blood tested me anyway. They said the results came back normal, yet looking at my own results months later it showed I had lyme. 4 years later i still suffer with it because of this place
