Tried to schedule a service call 3 times with Mark-O-Lite. First two cancelations were legitimate and we received a call for both. The 3rd one was a no show and not even a phone call to let us know. When I spoke to the office I was told we should find someone else to do the job. Unless you are a "regular" this company is not interested in your business. Look elsewhere.

I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by my neighbor, Michael Mark.
When I needed my sign removed quickly, he came to my rescue. His replacement sign is much better-big visible letters, high contrast colors-than the sign he removed. He got the town permits, and gave helpful recommendations about a LED sign upgrade. I am happy to report that drivers that have never been through my doors now see the sign, and come in to buy. Even months after the installation, Mr Mark noticed that I was unable to change the display, so he called to help. Excellent service!
