FILTH! Constantly: broken elevators, heavy rent increases, break-in theft, no HVAC, emergency ambulance calls, pay-for-play washer/dryers & tons of old people with carts hoarding stuff (mostly newspapers and dated electronics) and talking about God knows what to each other. Dishwashers are also not allowed.Figure it's 2x twenty-five story buildings filled with a lot of surly old people. That's not good for young people and creates an awful overall impression of Hoboken. At times, it can be absolute Hell on a day-to-day basis. Overall, just a lot of people in poor health on all floors who are miserable and have chosen not to move to Florida at their old age. The only saving grace is they have an outdoor seasonal summer pool connected via ramp on the 5th floor and good views of NYC. Otherwise, its garbage and (both buildings) should be demolished.
