        They are my bank and they are slow and horrible, they are hard to communicate with and if you call their 1800 number, no one will answer the phone. I've left several voicemails and I still haven't received a call back from the bank. I'm sorry but a Bank should have an outstanding customer service and not this type of service. After all, the majority of our interest goes to the Bank.

        CLOSED 203 K LOAN. Sharon Dellay my loan officer was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful through the home loan process. Communication was excellent! However Sharon was there every step of the way and answered all of our questions. She definitely made the process as smooth as possible. I really appreciate all her effort and assistance provided.She truly cares.And she can truly can get thinks done. Sharon is a treasure for the Prospect Mortgage .I highly recommend her services to anyone who wants an amazing , honest loan officer who is 100% on your side.
