Erik is a professional, knows what he’s doing, solves problems and takes responsibility. He works with Chris who is also very knowledgeable with his work. We had our entire boiler and hot water heater replaced along with connecting our fridge and dishwasher lines. When they’re busy, and a large job can’t be done in one day, it may have to be split up into different weeks. However They are very capable of finishing a lot in one day. It may just require more communication from customer as well to schedule and confirm appointments. Overall a good experience. We would use Erik again.
