Sweetberry Hillsborough

Excellent acai/pitaya bowl. I have had playa and frutta bowls and I found this to be on par with playa and better than frutta bowls. I also like that there is a selection of savory options including poke bowls although I did not try these. Since playa bowls sometimes has lines and waits, I think this is a great place to try for exactly the same quality. I ordered through the app and my order was ready immediately when I arrived. I found the bowl to be fresh (I get acai/pitaya mixed base, granola, nutella, banana, strawberry, coconut flakes). I added my own honey from home to save the 50 cents. All in all, wonderful!

The acai bowls are a bit more expensive from what I like to pay for, but they are the closest ones I can get my hands on. The fruit is fresh, and the bowl size is great! The interior of the shop is super eye-catching and the staff are friendly. Compared to other shops, it is pricey, but it is great for when you're craving something sweet and healthy.

I’m so confused by their price... they only accept online order and force the customers to pay 1 dollar convenience fee. Although this is not a huge amount, but I kinda feel like I’m forcing to pay this fee. Also sauces are charged extra for the poke bowel, which I only see in this restaurant. Wired...

I like this place although it's extremely overpriced, however yesterday the manager refused to offer me a half sized bowl for my daughter even though I've gotten them before and I was already paying for another full sized bowl. She was very unfriendly. Also upset they didn't let me know I had enough points to get a free smoothie when I was there - would've been a great alternative! I only found out when I got home and checked my email. Also the fish in the poje bowl is horrible, unfresh, agree with other reviews. Agree also that the online ordering is unusable.
