        This company is good at (1) showing up and (2) assessing a near $100 service charge. If you want a plumber to actually repair something, go elsewhere. They said they ‘fixed’ our toilet. After first use, it started running again. When we asked them to come back and look at it again, they said they could replace it. We went elsewhere and got it replaced next day at a lower price than they quoted and with a better quality tiolet. In our experience, they didn’t fix anything but they sure did charge. Would recommend going to another plumber.

        We have used Hoffmann & Sons for several plumbing issues at our home. Most recently a new hot water heater. There aren’t enough compliments to impart upon this top notch company. Quick turnaround (within 24 hours!), tidy work and great pricing! I will never work with another plumber!
