Don't let the outside of his office fool you! Mr. Picazio is a low key but high powered and experienced attorney. His experience and attention to detail guided us through the sale of our home flawlessly. For every step of the way, Carl told us what would happen next, even correctly predicting what the negotiating positions of the buyer's attorney would be. He communicated well with all parties involved. His fees for this service (flat rate!) were reasonable and fair, being neither the highest nor the lowest we could find. He is a great lawyer and a great guy, I would use his services again in a second!
