I waited 35 minutes for my previously scheduled RSV shot. Terrible service by pharmacist. Almost no communication. Unusual for this location.

The worst experience I have ever had. I brought my husband's prescription in to be filled. The pharmacist Devaki Balepur said that the signature was not a signature. I called the doctor's office and was told that it is his signature. He was willing to send or verify that through a fax. Ms. Balepur or her assistant told me that they could only accept escripts and nothing else. My husband just had extensive dental work that morning and truly needed this to be filled. I explained that he is a disabled Viet-Nam Marine veteran. He had his arm blown off in Nam when he was 19 years old. I told this pharmacist that he cannot be without this medication. I called the CVS customer service number. They spoke to the pharmacist who started to switch the story around by saying the prescription had "red flags." I immediately told the customer service person that this pharmacist never said that to me. It was never an issue. I was at this CVS counter for well over an hour. Raising my voice as I said my husband is in dire need of this prescription. He is elderly, disabled, alone at home, and a Marine Veteran. None of this mattered to Ms. Balepur or her assistant. They actually stood at their stations behind the counter laughing and giggling at whatever they were talking about. I am on the other side loudly talking about my disabled Marine at home. I made another call to the CVS complaint line while still loudly talking about my Marine. Finally Ms. Balepur took the prescription from me as if she was going to call the doctor. I screamed that I have been here for nearly 1 1/2 hours while you told me E-script only! Now, all of a sudden, Ms. Balepur is going to actually call the doctor. She did not make that call. She and her assistant showed zero empathy, zero understanding, zero kindness. Ms. Balepur could have stopped her giggling an hour and a half earlier to help me out by taking the much needed prescription, filling the prescription, and getting me home to my disabled husband. Her "red flag" story and her "just call your doctor" story was totally untrue. Totally false! By the way, the assistant refused to give me her name. I wonder why. Too much giggling while I am pacing and pacing and worrying about my husband. Not a whisper of kindness from either of them. If Ms. Devaki Balepur doubted THAT signature---------why did she fill the prescription? ? ? It took an hour and a half of me raising my voice and worrying about my husband. It took an hour and a half for me to march up and down in front of the CVS counter while they had their giggle fest right in front of me.

Worst experience I've ever had with a CVS. I was in the Target on 1/29/23 and tried to purchase some health items with my FSA card. For some reason the registers wouldn't take the card and they told me to come back tomorrow and get rung up at the CVS counter. I came back on 1/30/23 around 2:45 pm and picked up the items I had on hold from customer service. I went to the CVS counter and the woman told me I had to be rung up at the target registers. I explained the situation and she told me she had to give a vaccine and couldn't ring me up until after their 15 minute waiting period. I waited around for 15 minutes and when I went back the woman still had not given the customer their vaccine. She woman refused to acknowledge me and she wasn't wearing a name tag and wouldn't tell me her name. The store manager told me CVS had their own management and that there was nothing they could do.
