    Worst experience ever with center director Hayam. First she kept pushing me to pick up home sleep machine on Friday as it was available that day, when my husband reached to pick up machine than center was closed so he went to work. Again after some time I get the call from Hayam forcing me to pick up machine by 4:30 pm. I told her that we can not do it so she offered that she will keep it in Dropbox so we can pick up at convenient time so I said ok. Next morning again I get the call from Hayam and when I said I will start the test today as I was busy yesterday. Than she started showing her true colors by saying that there is $100 charge to return machine late by each day, i said it was never communicated to me. she replied rudly that it is mentioned in emsil. I said it's ok. After frw days i get letter from my insurance company saying my polysomnography test have been approved. i was very surprised as i did not receive any call back regarding this from Slerp centrr or this lady Hayam. so i called her to find out about all this. She explained me that it is necessary so i agreed to do it. Now the real story begins. So my in lab study was schedulef on April 14th. Than i started getting calls every few days from Hayam that we have some cancellation so if you can come. I refused as i could not make it. Again i got the same call yesterday and she said it will be lot mote easier for mr if yoi can come tomorrow. This time i said ok as i was in town. Unfortunately somthing came up at work and i remembered around 7pm and i called her to update them as courtsey. Then she started giving me attitude and said there is $300 no show fee. Than i lost my patiance and said why it was not disclosed. again same answer it is in email. Then i said this is very unprofessional as usually any practice i have been to inform clients verbally too and they dont charge this kind of crazy money. Her response was this machines are costly. i lost it snd hung up the phone. Than she have guts to call me again and she says i will waive the fee and you can come whatever time you can come. That was height of tbis group and this lady Hayam. I dont know who does she tbink she is but i will never go to tbis group again even if they offer free service. Whoever runs this place and hires someone as unprofessional as Hayam god bless them.

    DO NOT HAVE A SLEEP STUDY WITH THIS COMPANY! Hayam, as the owner and operator of this company, did not go through a breakdown of what would possibly be owed from the study being done through her company as most providers do. Hayam intentionally withholds information from patients as to how much they may be financially responsible for, for financial gain. If she would have made me aware of how much may be owed for the study, I would have not proceeded with it and she knows this would be a common thread for most with the extravagant pricing of the study. I questioned whether I needed the study to begin with yet Hayam was quite pushy to have the study done, leaving little time to process whether I wanted to have the study done. Hayam pushed the study along and made me feel uncomfortably corerced into having the sleep study, apart from also being rude and condescending, so she could then charge me over $900. Hayam makes it so that the patient is put in a bind with no choice but to pay the exorbitant bill, to then pocket the money. She charged my credit card over $900 without any warning. I woke up one morning to find a receipt for $936 charged to my credit card from CMD, without any heads-up whatsoever. How unethically inappropriate of this company to charge in such a way! I didn't receive a bill first, I was just outright charged the full amount without consideration, a conversation, or options. The owner Hayam has thoughtfully coordinated putting patients/clients in an unknowingly steep financial predicament with deliberately withholding what the study may cost you and then charging you without warning. PROCEED WITH THIS COMPANY WITH MUCH CAUTION! Proceed with the knowledge that you may be impacted with a VERY HEFTY bill. Make sure Hayam goes through a thorough break down with you so you know EXACTLY how much you'd be responsible for before having the study. I am deeply and utterly perturbed by this company's blatant dishonesty. The owner, Hayam, has proven to be deceitful and fraudulent in her behavior. I want others warned before feeling pressured by Hayam to have the sleep study done and then surprisingly charging you an extravagant amount without knowledge or permission to proceed having the study done at that cost to you. She is used to operating the company in this way and practicing in a deceptive manner and from my understanding this is a pattern for this company. She does not allow you to make an informed decision intentionally withholding costs. Charging such a substantial bill without your knowledge, especially in this economy, is unconscionable.

    I am so happy that my doctor referred me to CMD. They were so quick & I was able to get an appointment with them right away. They have excellent service- very courteous & professional. Even after my testing, I was so amazed that Hayam, the Executive Director, contacted me to find out whether I followed up with my doctor. So kind of her. I highly recommend CMD.

    Everything about my experience with CMD went fine until the end when I returned the device. I returned it a day late and they charged me a $100 late fee without me ever agreeing to such a fee or even warning me that this late fee exists for late returns (the email I got confirming my appointment to pick it up had the fee regarding coming late or "no show" to the appointment but not for late returns). Hayam - the Executive Director - called me the morning after I was supposed to return it and told me about the fee then. She said that she emailed me about it the day before (which turned out not to be true) and when I protested that I didn't see that email she said "well that's your problem, not mine". I am just appalled at her lack of respect and understanding when dealing with this.

image I am so happy that my doctor referred me to CMD. They were so quick & I was able to get an appointment with them right away. They have excellent service- very courteous & professional.
