        We stayed two nights as transients. Hard-working, friendly and helpful staff (Wayne) getting us on and off the dock, and talking to us on the phone before arrival...helping us know what to expect. The marina has a working pumpout(!) and is close to plenty of walking-distance restaurants. Strong river current and lots of wakes until boat traffic stops for the evening. We used our line snubbers and slept much better. The boat traffic was fun to watch from our cockpit with drink in hand. Bathrooms are clean enough. Twin Lights is not a resort, and not trying to be a resort either - it's perfect for what it is where it is. We will be back.
