The proprietor has amazing stories and does an excellent job. Tucked away with a view of the ocean and the city, it is quite unique for where it is. The house is very cozy and the breakfast and amenities were great. If you are allergic to cats like I am it will be a bit difficult but otherwise a great experience.

Convenient location, lovely view of the water. Easy to book our reservation with the friendly owners. There was a lingering smell of cat urine that hung in the air which was troubling.

Seascape has been our "go-to" spot for years. Nice relaxing getaway for us. Full breakfast every day! Great, comfortable room with a view. Love the Jersey Shore and easy access to the city via high speed ferry. Pet Friendly!

Stayed in the Sea Scape Manor for only one night and we are so sorry we couldnt stay longer. This B&B is gorgeous! The house, the room, the service were amazing. The room we stayed The Garden Room is on the lower level of the house, perfectly secluded and overlooking the ocean. There is even a nice little lounge area in front with string lights providing cute and romantic atmosphere. The hosts were so attentive and they made our stay even more enjoyable. We were met with clean sheets, towels, bathrobes, brand toiletries and a little sweet basket filled with different types of chocolates. The lounge area upstairs was set up with coffee, tea, espresso machine and the fridge was stocked up with lots of water, sodas and wine. The streaming service was great as well including lots of premium channels. Gloria and Bob were amazing with breakfast too. We were brought muffins and fresh fruit bowl upon seating and offered a menu which consisted of different egg options (omelette, scrambled), waffles, pancakes, yogurts and many more. The location of this lovely B&B is excellent, right off the parking lot from Henry Hudson Regional School which was easy to find. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown (about 15mins) and come back for a relaxing and restful nights sleep. We highly recommend this rental and most definitely will be back whenever we are in New Jersey. Thank you

The Seascape Manor bed and breakfast is the perfect spot for an Atlantic Highlands weekend trip! It is 5 minutes from nearby restuarants and Sandy Hook beach, and 2 minutes from the Twin Lights Historic Site, and includes an ocean view from the shared deck. Despite the house being next to a school, I heard nothing on a Monday morning. Pros: Close to everything, includes breakfast, quiet area (located next to a school but I heard nothing in the morning), and a charming grandmother's house aesthetic. Gloria baked muffins, cut up fresh fruit, then made an omlette, pancakes, and bacon for breakfast. There was also freshly brewed coffee and juices. At all times of the day there is water, tea, wine, candy and a Keurig available. There are also disinfectant wipes available in the enclosed part of the deck. The rooms include a private bathroom, mini fridge, and AC unit. I stayed in the Plain and Simple room, although the bathroom is not directly attached to the room, it is stil private and has the cleanest tub I've ever seen at a well lived-in airbnb. In the room there were extra towels, pillows, and 2 robes; everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay! Cons: If you are allergic to cats or dogs this is not the right fit for you. There are plenty of cats walking around outside that do come in and out of the house, however they never go upstairs. They are not the extra friendly kinds of cats, so they mind their business and won't bother you or ever come up to you. There is also a dog named Freckles that I never saw, but did hear a few times only when I was downstairs. Since this is a well-lived in manor, there are lots of different carpets/rugs everywhere that have accumulated dust and dirt. So again if you are also allergic to some dust pack some allergy medication.
