MY SON TOOK HIS JEEP TO ARTS YESTERDAY TO HAVE THE ALIGNMENT FIXED,BECAUSE HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE STEERING,WHEN THEY GAVE HIM THE CAR BACK AND TOLD HIM IT WAS FIXED.THEY CHARGED HIM $100.AS HE WAS DRIVING HOME,HE FOUND THAT THE JEEP WAS STILL PULLING SEVERLY TO THE SIDE.BECAUSE HE WAS AFRAID TO DRIV E IT,HE THEN TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE.WHEN THE GUY AT FIRESTONE HEARD THE STORY,HE FIXED IT AND ONLY CHARGED HIM $11.LIM ALSO GOING TO REPORT ARTS TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.THEY ARE JUST A COMPLETE RIPOFF.

Took my BMW to repair a slow leak and they scratch my wheel. showed it to the owner and he claims it was like that...his guy could not do it and the machines could not do that damage. guess what ...every excuse in the book. They refused to repair or replace it. rude.... no customer relations...what so ever and on top of all that i got grease on my lether seat, steering wheel , mat and inside door. never use this guy. The will damage you vehicel and say to bad your fault.....
