Great people, long wait times, and varying quality of care. The biggest problem here is the wait time. Whether you arrive as a walk-in or have a scheduled appointment, expect to wait 30-90 mins to be seen. Lunch (11:30AM-1 PM) is the worst time to arrive as the doctors go on break. Weekday mornings you'll be seen in 30-60mins on average. Afternoons 3 PM- 5 PM expect to wait at least an hour. The staff is kind, friendly, and generally willing to listen and accommodate any needs you may have. The attending physician changes each day and the quality varies. Most of the examination basics are done by the nurses who are very kind. Dr. Mary Bentivenga, is by far the nicest and most down to earth of the doctors. She'll go the extra mile in trying to figure out what is ailing you and offering affordable solutions. Not sure if she's still here as she hasn't been around my last few appointments. Dr. Monica Rendon may have replaced her. Dr. D'Agostino is very to the point and consultations with him are quick. He won't spend a lot of time examining you or asking questions. It can feel almost dismissive at times. He's very efficient at diagnosing and treating common ailments, but not the best if you have a unique situation or rare case that requires a lot of explanation. Dr. Ardolino is somewhere between the two. He can also be very quick and to the point, but will generally take more time to talk to you. He spends more time on general examinations than Dr. D'Agostino. Dr. Fontanazza appears to have retired and is no longer attending at this location. Hours are officially 8 AM to 7 PM M-F. They don't seem to have Saturday appointments consistently, but they used to be 9 AM-1 PM Saturday. Times are subject to change based on when the doctors are in. Visits without insurance are usually $80, with insurance they vary from $0-$120 depending on your carrier.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lovely, respectable staff. They made me feel at home and comfortable. They were also quite accommodating in light of my injury and use of a walker. They walked me through the entire process of my job-required physical clearly and concisely. If I lived in Harrison, I would definitely make this my primary care location. Their title precedes their name lol
