Phil Cresta is THE lender to use. He is incredibly attentive, fair, and honest. He found us the best rate by far compared to many other lenders we looked into. He was available throughout the process at all times, guiding us and providing helpful information as we navigated our first mortgage. If you are looking for a lender, Phil is the only way to go.

I got my mortgage processed by RHMC in NJ and experienced the epitome of customer service with Phil Cresta, and Keara Bailey. I first talked with Phil and he advised us on the process as first time home buyer. Thereafter, Keara Bailey was my loan officer and she was one step ahead throughout the process. I didn't have to follow up one time. She always kept us well informed on what's happening and Phil did regular check ins.
He was also present in-person for the closing.
On first call, Phil promised that he'll get us to closing on the intended day smoothly and RHMC delivered. Financing was made the easiest part of our home buying process by RHMC NJ.

I recently worked with Phil and Keara for my mortgage needs and had a good experience overall. They set clear expectations from the start and maintained transparency throughout the process. Communication was delivered at the right cadence, ensuring I was always informed but never overwhelmed. The documentation process was straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: their website. It could be made more intuitive and user-friendly. Despite this minor issue, I would recommend their services to others looking for a hassle-free mortgage experience.

Micheal was very professional and extremely knowledge with the process and he was able to answer all my questions and break them down into layman terms. He made the process very easy and stress free. Kayla was also very professional and always got back to me in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend RHMC to all my family and friends. Great Job!
