Hunterdon Family Medicine at Highlands

I have been going to this practice for years. Dr Mitev listened when I was having horrible pain for 6 months, and other Dr's, not in that office, we're not helping, he gave me a number for a surgeon and I had my severely infected gall bladder removed less than a week later. I will be forever grateful to him for that. Shout out to Walter the Medical assistant, he is Fantastic!! Love chatting and joking with him. He makes the Dr's visit seem like your having coffee with a friend. He's a keeper!

Been going to this office for almost 20 years. Since the hospital took over and it has become a rotating door of nurses and office staff my experience has been horrible!!!! I am now in search of another doctors office. On top of the staff being incompetent about faxing necessary information to a hospital for my surgery..I have experience rudeness from the front desk staff. Nurses having extreme difficulty doing a simple blood draw and now the last straw..my daughter had bloodwork done two weeks ago and never received a call regarding the results. She went onto the lab website to get them! There were issues with her bloodwork and neither to office staff or the doctor got back to her. Wont be going here any more!

Been going here for several years now for my PCP appointments; always a great experience. Staff are extremely kind and always make you feel so welcome and cared for. Doctors are extremely caring, knowledgeable and really listen to concerns. Office is bright, clean, and modern. Highly recommend.

Im not normally one to post a review of the doctors office, but I wanted to comment about how wonderful Walter was while he was doing my blood work. Walter was extremely welcoming with such a positive attitude for his day. He Was very kind as I clearly felt uncomfortable with needles. I appreciated his attention to detail and care. Thank you!
