We were looking for a place to get a new countertop for our island. Driving by we decided to stop at Stone Vision and we met Lupe. We explained to him what we needed and he couldnt have been any more friendly and helpful. He showed us the granite stone and we had his guy come out and template our island. Super easy process and the technician was very neat and professional. We waited one week for the stone to be cut and the two professionals showed up on time and installed our countertop. Again great technicians clean and professional help. Thank you Lupe and team for such a wonderful experience. We are so happy with the whole experience from start to finish!!! I would totally recommend Stone Vision and will be sharing our experience with all our friends.

My review of Stone Vision is going to include the honest experience I had with them. I did my due diligence and read reviews on Stone Vision and felt comfortable that I would have a good experience with them. I feel they came when they said they would and were able to install quickly. That's the only thing good I can say about my experience. When they came to do the template I was told that there would be a gap between my old countertop and the new countertop. We discussed canceling the job, but the gentleman who measured said, and I quote, "It won't be a big deal." He also said we could do like a 3-inch backsplash of the material used for the countertop around the whole kitchen. Trust me, it was a BIG deal!!! We were left with about an inch of a gap and we couldn't find anything to fit that space. I got samples of about 6 different pencil tiles and nothing worked. Short of ripping out my existing backsplash (which I didn't not want to do) we were screwed. I called Stone Vision and asked them if they had more of the material to do like a 3-inch border around the whole kitchen, as that's what the gentleman who did the template suggested we could do, and I was told that they had no more material but they could call around to other MSI installers and see if someone had a remnant. This is where the fun really begins. At this point I called a few times and they started putting me off and not taking my calls. We were basically hung out to dry with a one-inch gap around our whole kitchen (about 15 linear feet) and nowhere to turn. I called the manufacturer and explained what happened and believe it or not they hooked me up with Stone Crafters in Egg Harbor Township who had just ordered a slab of MSI Sahara Beige. I spoke with Jenn Marsh who kept me updated and informed and by the grace of God when they cut the slab they had enough of a remnant left over to fill that gap around my whole countertop. Do yourself a favor and go right to Stone Crafters in EHT. They helped me when they didnt have to. They went above and beyond and turned an eyesore into a beautiful finished product. Pic 1 is what I was left with and left to fend for myself and Pic 2 is the finished product that Stone Crafters in EHT did.
