        I've been very pleased with my experience as an R-Health patient of Dr. Bancroft. He is extremely patient, caring, and takes the time to address all of your concerns. I never feel rushed. I have not had any wait time in the office, as appointments are handled promptly. Some things can be handled via telehealth or text message through a secure app. The nursing staff/health guides are very professional and kind as well. Also, it's a joy and so convenient to get routine bloodwork done here without having to go to Labcorp.

        I like the convenience of the office. Doc and staff are always friendly. I like having long appointment times. I do wish there was a little more knowledge about the benefits of living a plant-based lifestyle. (May be there is and it just hasnt presented itself in our appointments).
