Used them to service my boiler. They replaced gas valve. When it would run it would whistle. I called them numerous times to check it out. Was told it was normal. Come to find out from a reputable HVAC mechanic, Delhagen never switched the orifice from natural gas to propane. What a joke.

Im sorry to say that waiting over 7 work days for a simple estimate. Not even a call back. Update 9/7: Received a well thoughtout estimate and fairly price. I am looking forward to moving ahead with the work. A final review to follow. Update: 10/20 - Earlier in the week, tub came and was put in after a bit of a wait on delivery; awaiting me to lay new floor so the flange and toilet can be replaced. Final assessment to come. Final Update 10/24/23 - WELL, I could not put in the floor due to underlying leveling issues. So the service guys finished up and all is well. I am overly critical, but at the end of the day, these guys do a very good job, even with the minor communication issues. Update: 2/27/24 Final Update - I was concerned about the slow tub drainage. Though the drainage is slower than expected due to the new drain diameter, not the work performed, constant diligence is required to keep the drain clean, Delhagen was very responsive to my calls for help. I do recommend these folks.

I would recommend Delhagen Plumbing to everyone. I had a not so easy repair and they arrived on time, very professional, friendly and prepared to do repair. Joey and Pete were the techs that came to my house. They were awesome. Very professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable to do the job. They were detailed, neat, and very professional. And Jackie in the office was so friendly and professional in scheduling this for me. Thanks Jackie! I would definitely call them back to do any plumbing repairs. Definitely our go to plumber in the future. Great job guys. 5+ stars.
