Al might be the nicest guy Ive ever met. As brand new parents to a newborn, we had learned we had just a couple of days for an inspection to keep our insurance. He squeezed me in during a very busy workday for not one, but two of my cars. I am very thankful for his time and support.

I have used Tine Brothers before and was always satisfied with them. However I recently had my tire repaired there and they did not tighten my lug nuts securely. Because this was unknown to me and I continued to drive my car it  eventually broke the tire hub.  Not only was this extremely dangerous for myself and other drivers it  also cost me over $400 to have this fixed.  My husband went into Tine brother and spoke to Al on the phone.  We were very torn with this situation because they are a small local business but also we felt like they needed to know the mistake they made and were hopeful they would at least refund us the cost of the tire patch. However they kept trying to deflect and make it  not their problem and then rushed my husband off the phone.  We are out $400 and that is what it  is, but my main concern now is that this could happen to someone else and they will not be as lucky as we were to find the problem before the tire comes off while we were driving and cause a major accident.  Please be careful using this shop.

The Tiné Brothers are the best! I've been taking my cars to them for a few years and they can always get me out of a pickle quickly.  Yesterday I realized my husband had run over a huge black trash bag and it got completely wrapped around and melted to the exhaust system.  I called at 9am just for some advice on how to deal with it, but Al told me to bring it over and had it all cleaned up by 10:30.  Honest guys, always willing to talk through a problem with you, and very reasonable prices.
