I contacted Fanny very late in the tax season as my previous accountant had a data breach and my identity was potentially stolen. She had me in her office the same day and explained that she was fully insured against theft like what I had experienced. She explained everything every step of the way and I was in and out in just under an hour. I will be going to her for taxes next year.
