Joe is the consummate real estate professional. My family retained him to sell our late father’s home of 30 years. He anticipated the emotional side of what my family was going through and helped us navigate that aspect with caring and tact. Joe not only has an innate ability to understand the objectives of his clients, but to recall and apply them throughout the process. He is also one of the most knowledgeable real estate sales representatives that I have ever dealt with – and that is coming from someone who is a licensed sales agent (Arizona) and has had eleven (11) personal transactions, both as seller and buyer. I know what it takes to keep everyone happy and see a transaction through to completion - and the one Joe helped us execute was much more difficult than normal. He knows his market inside-out and our sales price was dead-on. Our house was under contract before it even hit the market! I can’t recommend Joe highly enough. If you want a smooth, profitable transaction, he is your agent.

I would highly recommend Joe to anyone for all your real estate needs. If you require knowledge, honesty, integrity, and resourcefulness in your realtor then he's you guy! He will go the extra 1000 miles to help you with anything. I have dealt with many realtors in my business and personal life and I have never seen anyone go to the lengths to help out a client like Joe does!

Joe is our go to guy for our real estate needs in the Hackettstown area. He lives in the area and is extremely knowledgable about the area. We have rented our property through him a couple times and has done an impressive job bringing us great tenants! He has always been available to us, providing us guidance even months after the deals have been closed. if you need to buy, sell or rent, go to Joe.

Joe was wonderful! He really took the time to listen to our list of "must haves" and also things that were deal breakers. He did everything he could to work around our very busy schedules (both my husband and I work 12 hours shifts 5-6 days a week) to show us as many homes that fit our criteria. When we found our dream home Joe quickly and efficiently placed our bid giving us sound advice every step of the way! Joe consistently checked in with us during the long buying process (the home was a short sale) even after we closed Joe would call every so often so see how we were fitting it and if we needed any recommendations for contractors, painters etc. in the area. I was so happy with Joe that I recommended him to my in laws for buying their new retirement home. He came through once again finding them their new dream home! I would highly recommend Joe Nesbihal for any of your real estate needs
