        Doctor Taylor is useless. Should not even be practicing medicine. Never met a doctor so disengaged and uninterested in patients. Place is going downhill fast.

        My experiences have all been positive, perhaps because Doctor Chang is probably the best primary care physician I have known. I have seen Dr. Tailor on a few occasions (because Dr. Chang is hard to see quickly) and though it is true that she's not bubbly and engaging (she's all business), I felt she was correct in her diagnosis and treatment. People at the front desk are always helpful with me.

        It is so hard to schedule an appointment. I tried many times in one day and noboday answers the phone. I'm going to switch the doctor.
