I can't even tell you how disappointed I am with this company and I've given them several chances, many thousands of dollars spent there, and they continue to disappoint, LIE and pass blame. I feel like I have been taken advantage of; oders taking too long and the excuses are bizarre - a sofa shouldn't take 16 weeks to deliver, again and again with lies and incompetence. They even go as far as blaming the customer? Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and I would much rather shop local but these people are just insane.

15 weeks and still no furniture we were told 8 to 10 week the latest would be 12.
The couch and chair were ordered from different companies and neither one are in. Makes me think they never placed the order. First they said it was the weather holding up the order and they would look into it and get back to us, no one ever called us back. So we called the following week they told us that it would be in by the end of the week Still Nothing. We called again the following week and they pushed blame onto production and would get back to us with a answer in a few days and THEY NEVER CALLED. So at the end of my rope I called to give them one last chance and the person that works at the store told me that she would pass my info to the manger working but would most likely not get a call back because they are busy today. I let a few hours go by and they NEVER CALLED. So I went to the store to get my money back and they said that they could not give me a refund because the office people weren't in today. No luck with the refund!!! Im gong to take the day off on Tuesday and go in when the office people are in and try for a refund again if I do not receive my refund I will have to take legal action. On the contract/order form it states that if we do not receive our order by 12 weeks we are entitled to a full refund.
DONOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!!!

We had a dishwasher that Hackettstown Trading Post installed about 3 or 4 years ago. It was a difficult installation since the dishwasher had to be installed below our newly tiled floor. Anyway, it needed a new pump recently and the warranty company for GE (Assurance) would not take the dishwasher out. They would only repair it if Hackettstown Trading Post took it out since they were the original installers. I was originally very upset about this but the Trading Post installers were able to come out and take the dishwasher out to make it accessible to the repair company. After it was repaired the people who fixed it would not put the dishwasher back in (UGH!!!!). I wasn't happy about this but Hackettstown Trading Post came to our rescue again and reinstalled for us. The two installers were extremely polite and sweet (I believe one of the installer's name was Steve). They are worth their weight in gold. They had no problem doing their job and we will always be buying our appliances from Hackettstown Trading Post in the future. :)

Have been dealing with this establishment for many years now and again AMAZED by the delivery guys, THE BEST. Courteous, professional, polite, thorough. Will keep coming back whenever we need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
