Move in was easy, level sidewalks, apartment was clean. Staff in rental office answered all are questions , were very pleasant and accommodating.

The maintenance crew is friendly and show up quickly. That's the only positive of this place.
The rent goes up 8% each year. Unfortunately this is literally the cheapest apt complex around.
Not all laundry rooms have washer and dryers. They are always breaking and people constantly leave their clothes in overnight. You need to buy a card to add money to. If the machine takes your money and doesn't put it on the card...you are out of luck. The guy you're supposed to contact basically ignores you. ("I''ll get your money and a new card in a few days." Then it never happens.)
The "park" is no longer there. The tennis court is unusable, the door is chained. Doesn't stop people from squeezing in though.
Whomever they hire to clear snow...They make them come in the late afternoon. Even with inches of snow all over the sidewalks. (There are many seniors here, how are they supposed to walk?)

BEWARE moving here. READ THIS > The last 3 years they have increased rent around 8-10% each YEAR. So if you came here and paid $1250 for a 2 bedroom, with the rent increases you are now paying close to $1700-$1800!!!! That is a HUGE increase !!! Making it no longer an affordable place to live. These are NOT luxury apartments. We dont even have a washer & dryer!!! The machines they have in the basement of the buildings are a joke. Do yourself a favor and go else where. We are saving for a house. Renting is not worth it anymore.

Omar and his maintenance is doing a very nice job! They will do it right a way when u call them if there's something that needs to be fixed.
