We hire this company to replace concrete from step plataforma. They did not level it properly. We even told them so many times that they are not leveling it correct. But the company owner, Manuel, did not listen and he insisted that it is correct and that they have been doing this for long time. They broke my step top and told us that we have to pay for it even though it got broken because of their carelessness. We paid the owner. It rained after few days and since they did not level the step plataforma correct, the rain water stayed in front of my door. The whole point of us replacing that concrete for step plataforms was so that the rain water would not stay there by our entrance door. This was completed waste of my money. We called the owner Manuel and told him that they did not level the concrete correct. He said he will come to check it and he never came. We called him so many times and he does not pick up our phone. Do NOT thrust this company. They will take your money and do a horrible job and they will never pick up your phone after they get their money.
