just finished cleaning out the garage last night and i texted him and he arrived the next day and my backyard that was covered entirely in waste is looking good as new, couldnt be more satisfied

Scheduled an appointment for 11am. Did not show up so I called and he said he will come at 5pm. Did not come. Called again and he said he will make it by 11am the day before because he was in town. Did not come. He said he will come by 5pm and I asked if he was really going to come because he said the same thing the previous day and did not come. He started ranting about how it’s hot out and he has stuff to do. He also started to claim that I stood him up on the appointment time when he was the one that did not show up twice and suddenly changed the time. I said well I have to go to work so I wouldn’t be at the premise. I understand that I didn’t have a lot to pick up but if you want to prioritize bulk items only you should at least let the customer know if you are going to be late. Why set appointments and times if you are not going to keep them? You clearly need a new business model because your are clearly just wasting the customers time without informing them about the changes.
