Worst place ever: 1. Support stuff are incompetent, impatient and rude. They did not pay attention to their work and care their patients. 2. Nurse cannot spell specific antibiotics I am allergenic to. 3. They provided me with incomplete lab requests which I have to call THREE times to have them send me all forms. 4. New forms filled with errors (missing Dr. Office contact numbers, fax numbers) which Labcrop was unable to forward my lab results. 5. Given the fact that Labcrop could not forward my lab results, the nurses I spoke to (TWICE) insisted they have all my lab results with an contemptuous tone (ridiculous). I have to personally call Labcorp to fax my lab results to them. 6.Then I noticed they incorrectly uploaded my lab results online. 7. Also expected 1-1.5 hrs waiting time even with an appointment which you arrived early. It is a mess and avoid at all cost.

No respect, not professional, today I suppose to have endoscopy and colonoscopy after I fast for 24 hours I arrived at the facility to have the procedure they told me my procedure was canceled because the cardiologists didn't release my file by the way , they didn't call me no message anything, all the doctor at optum are worthless I will never go to this place ever again
